User Interface

A user-friendly touchscreen display guides customers to order drinks effortlessly through 54 drink choices. Diva has two bean hoppers for various roasts or decaf. Scale bars increase or decrease sweeteners and solubles by tapping on the screen to customize volume. Drink service progress is shown. It is complete with lowering the cup elevator and drink accompanied by sound alerts.

Useful software functions: Track the number of drinks ordered, do diagnostic checks, and set auto cleaning cycles. Check the system directly from the display. An optional Bluetooth antenna can connect customers to touchless ordering.

Truly Autonomous

A manual cup dispenser fits three cup sizes,70, 80, & 90 Ø mm. An auto dispenser is included for two flavors of syrup and four canisters are for dispensing dry toppings. A divided dispenser for packet sweeteners and stir sticks is handy right below the drink shelf. Payments are processed with cash and cashless payment options simultaneously for more potential sales. For water, use city tap water or an internal water bottle option, which allows you to place Venice anywhere a 220v dedicated electric circuit and outlet is available.  

Low Maintenance

Diva is made in Italy, and its parts are of the highest quality. The boiler is incorporated for a hot water cleaning process… the hot flush hygiene system. Auto-cleaning cycles ensure that the mixing bowls are always clean. Easy access inside the machine, removable parts, and smooth surfaces make cleaning and maintenance easy.
